02/09/2021 at 11:18 amI have called, walk-in to your showroom with my own interest to own a XUV300 W8 (O) Diesel since 27-Aug-21. However till now I myself doing follow-ups but no response from your end. i am requesting to book the vehicle though you are not showing interest, if it being like this at the initial stage, I can guess what priority you may give to customer afterwards. 25/10/2021 at 3:31 pmworst customer service…the manager working here Suresh just makes false commitments…i requested for information about the Thar and he just kept saying that he would call back and provide the info but there has been no response till now ..if this is the service they provide when customer asks for info i wonder how their services would be for vehicle delivery…worst professionals
