07/12/2022 at 5:43 pmJust two days back I have visited Kun Hyundai service center in Gacchibowli Hyderabad(5 Dec 2022) for some steering and break works. While going to pickup they have wash my car without telling me and adding those amount in bill which is higher then outside washing. So 770 amount for wash I thought it is okay. But actual problem comes later after that they have taken my car for test drive with their supervisior without intimating me, I am just waiting outside to complete the washing. And while test drive supervisor did some accident on divider and my car tyre is busted and car was broken beside the bonut, it was major accident but they are telling only small accident, my car was totally scracth from one side. and they are telling as per the terms and condition you have to claim in insurance company or we can share the total damage amount.
I was shocked as I have not done anything and they are telling me to I have to pay some amount which they damaged my cars.
And on call they are saying me other wise we are investigating through police and do the case and as per case result they will pay or I will pay the full amount of damaged vechile.
They are giving my lot of tension for this, Please dont go to showroom for servicing your vehicle.
